Walk-in-interview will be held on 08-05-2013 and 15-05-2013, at 10.00 a.m. at this Institute for engagement of the following manpower to work on contractual basis in the following time-bound projects under the National Agricultural Innovation Project (NAIP), ICAR’s NICRA project and NAARM-Monsanto Consultancy Project, on a consolidated monthly remuneration. The duration of engagement of manpower is co-terminus with the project

I. ICAR’s NICRA Project : “Enhancing Resilience of Agriculture to climate change through Technologies, Institutions and Policies”.

Essential: Post Graduate Degree in Agricultural Economics / Agricultural Statistics / Economics/ Statistics / PG in any Agricultural Sciences with 1st Division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average with at least two years of research experience as evidenced from Fellowship / Associateship / Training / other engagements.

(a) Working knowledge of Computers with proficiency in MS-Word, Power-point and Excel
(b) Knowledge of Statistical Analysis and previous experience of working on Social Science projects would be an added weightage for the candidate

2).Desirable: Working experience in conducting surveys, data-collection and analysis and physical fitness and willingness to undertake travel. Published research papers.

2). Desirable:
(a) Proficiency in Computers
