Which Photo Identity card should be submitted while appearing for Physical
Examination / Written Examination?
A. Any one of the following photo identity cards could be produced.
i) Passport
ii) Driving License
iii) PAN Card
iv) Service ID Card issued from State Government / Central Government /
Public Sectors or a private company which is affiliated from Government.
v) A pass book issued by Bank / Post Office with photograph.
vi) Pattas and registered deeds with Photograph
vii) Community Certificate with Photo
viii) Ex-servicemen’s pension book/pension payment order
ix) Job cards with Photograph issued by NREGS
x) Electroal Photo Identity Card (EPIC)

Is it too small to print?
Without seeing the signature, I cant comment on that.

sir, frankly ;from the date of submission of KSRP application form upto till today,i am continuously practicing to clarify my physical as well as written examination.
sir, but in my admit card it is showing that "your's application form is not shortlisted". sir, what is meaning of this .
