Sub: Written Test for the post of Management Trainee / Graduate Engineer Trainee – ADMIT CARD - REG.

This is for information that the Written Test for the above posts are scheduled to be held on 28.04.2013 at the four centre i.e. Delhi, Mumbai, Kochi and Kolkatta.

The Admit Card have been dispatched to all eligible candidates. If the admit card is not received by the candidate, the print of the same can be obtained through access of the following link. http://www.jobapply.in/hil2013/hil2013admit.asp The candidates are advised to observe and ensure the strict compliance of rules and instructions laid down for the provisional admit card and or written test and if not followed, the candidature of the candidate would be rejected summarily and no request would be entertained in this regard.

Dear Candidate,
** You are provisionally permitted to appear for the above Written Test as per details mentioned above.
** Please affix on this Admit Card two photographs, identical to the one submitted by you with your Application Form.
** Get the photographs attested with seal by a Gazetted Officer.
** Bring to the test centre any valid identity proof with date of birth; such as Voter ID Card, PAN Card, Passport, Photo ID issued by any organization or educational institution, Driving License or any other suitable Photo ID.
** Admit Card must be produced at the test centre for appearing in the test.
** Admit Card will be verified and signed by the Invigilator during the test.
** The Invigilator will retain the upper part of your Admit Card.
** Lower part of your Admit Card will be handed over to you.

RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS :
** This has reference to your application for the post of GRADUATE ENGINEER TRAINEE (GET) in response to our advertisement published in Employment News dated 06.10.2012.
** You must bring this Admit Card along with Blue Ball Point Pen, at least 2 HB Pencils, Eraser and Sharpener and other necessary material to the test centre.
** You must reach the test centre/venue at the Reporting Time mentioned overleaf. Latecomers may not be permitted to appear in the test.
** Candidates are not allowed to carry any papers, notes, books, calculator, mobile phone, etc. in the Test Centre campus. Any candidate found using or in possession of such unauthorized material or indulging in copying or adopting unfair means may be disqualified.
** After the test you must hand over the question booklet and OMR answer sheet to the room invigilator. DO NOT carry the question booklet or any part thereof outside the test hall. Doing so is a punishable offence.
** The duration of the test is 120 minutes. Question Paper will be in English having 150 Objective Type Questions. There is no negative marking for wrong answers.
** The candidate should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility conditions for the post to which he/she has applied. The admission at all stages of the recruitment process viz., Written Test/GD/Interview will be purely provisional, subject to his/her satisfying the eligibility conditions. At any stage (even after appointment) if it comes to the knowledge of the management that the candidate has furnished wrong information or they are not eligible as per advertised eligibility criteria their candidature/services may be cancelled/terminated without assigning any reason,
** Request for change of test centre/venue will not be entertained.
** No TA shall be payable for attending the written test.
** Only SC/ST/PWD candidates, if called for interview, shall be reimbursed II Class rail fare or equivalent for to and fro journey by shortest route provided the distance travelled is not less than 50 km on production of copy of ticket of one way.
** Any attempt to influence will lead to disqualification of candidature.
** Please note that this letter does not constitute an offer of employment to you.
** Discrepancies, if any, regarding the candidate’s particulars in the admit card should be reported by email to hil@jobapply.in at least seven days before the written test.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING THE OMR ANSWER SHEET :
The candidates should strictly follow the following instructions in order to ensure accurate scoring of OMR Answer Sheets:
** Every question has four answer options. Mark the answer option number you choose by darkening the corresponding oval/circle on the Answer Sheet using only HB pencil.
** Shade only ONE oval/circle, because in case you shade more than one oval/circle, the answer will be treated as wrong.
** The method of shading the ovals/circles has been explained under "Important Instructions" of the Answer Sheet, and this must be strictly followed.
** In case you want to change any answer, erase completely the one already marked and darken the fresh oval/circle.
** Do not tear, bend or mutilate the Answer Sheet.
