    DEPARTMENTAL TESTS - NOVEMBER 2012- NOTIFICATION NO.20/2012
    Instructions :
    1. Please type the Reference ID or Name or Date Of Birth to Download Hall Ticket.
    2. Please use the PRINT button provided on Hall Ticket to get all these pages printed without distortion.

    INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES :
    The candidate should read the instructions carefully and note that any violation will be viewed seriously and suitable action will be taken at various levels of the authority as per rules.
    1. Writing of symbols or any type of identification Marks including Register Number etc anywhere inside the OMR Sheet/Answer script and using of Ball point pen other than blue or Black ink and sketch pens of any colour on the OMR Sheet/Answer script are strictly prohibited. In case of violation such OMR Sheet/Answer Script will be invalidated
    2. The candidate is prohibited from communicating, consulting or conversing with other candidates in the Examination Hall. The candidate is strictly prohibited from bringing pager cellular phone into the Examination Hall.
    3. The candidate should bring his/her own Ball Point pen for the answering on OMR Sheet & his/her Own Pen/Pencil/eraser/Instrument Box/Own calculator etc. for conventional type of examination's and he is not permitted to borrow books or any other item from other candidate. The candidates should bubble the answer with blue/black ball point Pen only, failing which, the answer script will be invalidated.
    4. THE CANDIDATE IS PERMITTED TO BRING ACTS ONLY. GUIDES, BOOKS CONTAINING COMMENTARIES, SHORT NOTES, MADE EASY, WRITTEN OR RONEOED BOOKS, DAIRIES, NOTES SUPPLIED BY THE TRAINING INSTITUTES AND HAND BOOKS ARE NOT PERMITTED INTO THE EXAMINATION HALL.
    5. The candidates appearing for "Survey Department Tests" should bring their own set of instruments such as scales, Bits, Scientific calculators, if any required for answering the Questions.
    6. The candidates are not allowed to bring programmable calculators, cell phones, pagers and other electronic gadgets to the Examination Hall.
    7. FOR THE CONVENTIONAL TYPE DEPARTMENTAL TESTS, EXCEPT LANGUAGE TESTS, TRANSLATION TESTS AND SURVEYOR'S TESTS, THE PAPERS SHOULD BE ANSWERED IN THE CHOSEN LANGUAGE BESIDES ENGLISH. THE LANGUAGE TESTS AND SURVEYOR'S TESTS SHOULD BE ANSWERED IN THE LANGUAGE CHOSEN ONLY. IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE, SUCH ANSWER SCRIPT SHALL BE INVALIDATED. THE ANSWER SCRIPTS OF THOSE CANDIDATES WHO WRITE PARTLY IN ENGLISH AND PARTLY IN TELUGU OR URDU WILL BE INVALIDATED.
    8. The candidates will not be admitted to the examination Hall TEN minutes after the commencement and should not leave the examination Hall till the expiry of the full Time.
    9. For the conventional type of Tests, candidates should not take additional answer books if he/she has not completed the Main/Additional answer books. If he/she does so his/her answer script shall be invalidated.
    10. Candidates should follow the instructions given on the back side of the OMR Sheet/Answer Script carefully. Candidate should write with Ball Point Pen (Blue/Black) his/her Hall Ticket Number Paper code, Name, Subject Centre at appropriate places only writing with pen at wrong places will lead to invalidation of your Answer Script/OMR Sheet.
    11. In case the CANDIDATES RECEIVED THE Hall-Ticket without photo he/she should affix one passport size photo on Hall-ticket duly attested by Gazetted Officer and handover one similar photo for each paper to chief superintendent for affixing the same in the nominal Rolls.
    12. The candidates should verify the surname name, and date of birth printed in nominal roll before signing in examination Hall. If any discrepancies are noticed the same should be corrected and attested in the Nominal Roll in examination Hall.
    13. The candidates should put his/her signature and get the signature of the invigilator at the appropriate places in the OMR Sheet/Answer Script.
    14. The candidates should use Ball Point Pen (Blue/Black) to encode Hall-Ticket number, paper code and test booklet series (A or B or C or D) bubbling of answers at appropriate places in the OMR Sheet/Answer Script barcode sheet, failure to encode/wrong encoding will lead to invalidation of Answer Script/OMR Sheet. Use of whitener is prohibited and it will lead to invalidation of OMR Sheet/Answer Script.
    15. The candidates should not mark Answer choices on the Test Booklets (Question Papers) under any circumstances.
    16. The candidate will be supplied carbonless OMR Answer Sheet consisting two copies, the original copy and the duplicate copy below for objective type exams. They should not attempt to separate or displace them while answering and after completion of examination you should hand over the original OMR Sheet (top sheet) to the invigilator and carry the bottom sheet (duplicate) for his / her record otherwise action will be initiated as per Rules.
    17. The candidate's admission to the Examination is provisional, subject to the confirmation/satisfaction of conditions laid down by notification No.16/2011 and also subject to satisfying the eligibility.
    18. Violation of any of the instructions may lead to invalidation of the candidates Answer Script/OMR Sheet besides penal action.
    19. The candidates should not adopt agitations tactics in the examination Hall such as raising of slogans against to go out of the examination Hall and should not disturb other candidates from writing the examination.
    20. The candidate is advised to retain his/her Hall Ticket for future purpose.
    21. The penal provisions of the A.P. Public Service Commission (prevention of malpractice & unfair means) Act 1997 (Act 25/97) shall be invoked if malpractice & unfair means are adopted by the candidates, at any stage of recruitment/examination (Refer to para 10 and 11 of supplementary Notification No.11/2009 to Notification No.38/2008 and he/his will debarred from writing any APPSC examination in future.
