1. It is hereby notified that on the basis of the Written Examination held on 08/07/2012 to the posts of JUNIOR ASSISTANT IN ANDHRA PRADESH BOARD OF INTERMEDIATE EDUCATION, the candidates with the following Register Numbers are eligible for VERIFICATION OF ORIGINAL CERTIFCATES.

2. The candidates who are eligible for verification of certificates are required to produce the Original Certificates along with one set of Photostat copies relating to Age, Qualifications, and Community. Certificates relating to claim of age relaxation, Study (from class 4th to 10th) and if any at the time of verification of documents, failing which their candidature will be rejected.

3. The verification of the certificates will be held at 10.30 AM in the Commission’s Office on 10/10/2012 & 11/10/2012. The candidates should download the Memo, Check List, Attestation forms, Integrated Community Certificate, School Study Certificate, Residence certificate, declaration by the unemployed, creamy layer certificate and other Relevant forms from the Commission’s website from dt.01/10/2012 and should submit at the time of verification.

4. If, on further verification it is found that any candidate is not eligible with reference to the particulars furnished by him/her in the Application Form/Certificates, the results of such candidate/candidates shall be cancelled at any stage in the process of selection.
