ORGANIZATIONAL HISTORY:Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd. was one of the  largest power steering manufacturer in INDIA.It was a joint venture  company between Koyo Ceiko and Sona from 1982.It was one of the biggest  vendor in terms of suppling steerigs to MSIL.Not only MISL now it was  suppling Tubular shafts to FORD,NISSAN,TOYOTA etc.Sona also supplies  steerings to TATA MOTORS.Now it was going to supply ‘HPS’ to  Mahindra&Mahindra for USA.In up coming months Sona was going to  supply ‘EPAM’ to John Deer again for USA

WORKING EXPERIENCE:
From May 2008 I am working in Sona Koyo Steering System Ltd. In Dharuhera as Tool Designer In Pro-e.

Working responsibilities:
1) Design(Modeling,assembly,detailing) of gauges,fixtures, jigs
2) Design of special gauges according to coustomers requirment, 3)  Design of m/c parts for better performance as well as to reduce the  cycle time. 4) Distribution of drawings to the relative departments. 5)  Keeping records of drawings.

To excel in the field of design & manufacturing(CAD/CAM) and want a  congenial enviornment where I can express my ideas , views, thoughts and  want to be part of the organization.

Professional : -1.I have completed Post Diploma in Tool Design &Manufacturing(CAD/CAM) 
 from CTTC,Bhubaneswar, under the ministry of MSME(Govt. of INDIA).
 2.I have passed the Diploma in Mech.engg in 2006 from West Bengal Council for 
 Technical Education. 
 
 Academic :- 1.I have completed Secendry eduction from WestBengal in 2001 under W.B.C.S.E

2. I have finished my Higher secendry education from WestBengal in 2003 under W.B .C.H.S.E.

SOFTWARE SKILLS :1. I have learnt Design (CAD) softwares like –Pro-e(wildfire-2),Catia(v5R18), 
 Unigraphics(Nx-4), AutoCad(2006). 
 2. I have completed Manufacturing (CAM) softwares like- Unigraphics (Nx-4), Master Cam (version 10.0) 
 3. I have also completed Drafting softwares –AutoCad (2006), Unigraphics (Nx-4).
