ORGANIZATIONAL HISTORY:Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd. was one of the largest power steering manufacturer in INDIA.It was a joint venture company between Koyo Ceiko and Sona from 1982.It was one of the biggest vendor in terms of suppling steerigs to MSIL.Not only MISL now it was suppling Tubular shafts to FORD,NISSAN,TOYOTA etc.Sona also supplies steerings to TATA MOTORS.Now it was going to supply ‘HPS’ to Mahindra&Mahindra for USA.In up coming months Sona was going to supply ‘EPAM’ to John Deer again for USA
WORKING EXPERIENCE:
From May 2008 I am working in Sona Koyo Steering System Ltd. In Dharuhera as Tool Designer In Pro-e.
Working responsibilities:
1) Design(Modeling,assembly,detailing) of gauges,fixtures, jigs
2) Design of special gauges according to coustomers requirment, 3) Design of m/c parts for better performance as well as to reduce the cycle time. 4) Distribution of drawings to the relative departments. 5) Keeping records of drawings.
