I. Worked for the erection testing and commissioning of 2x210 MW coal fired boilers of RTPS(unit V & VI), with steam generating capacity of 675 tons/hr Boilers, under M/S INDWELL CONSTRUCTIONS PVT,LTD, as a SITE ENGINEER from August 1997 to November 2001.

II. Worked for the erection testing and commissioning of
1X210MW Boiler of R.T.P.S Unit VII under M/S BHAVANI
ERECTORS PVT., LTD., as an SITE ENGINEER since December
2001 to May 2003.

III. Worked for the Construction and Maintenance works of Boilers at
VTPS, Vijayawada, KTPS, Palvancha from 14-08-1996 to 31-07-
1997 for 11 months under M/S BHAVANI ERECTORS.
Involved in the activities such as axis marking of boilers. Erection of structures and its alignments, Erection of pressure parts, i.e. Drum, Headers, Hangers, Radient roof tubes, Waterwalls, Raiser tubes, Link tubes, Saturated link tubes, Economiser coils, LTSH tubes and coils, plattend coils,Reheater coils, final superheater coils, steam cooled spacers, Desh links, Reheater coils, Eco hanger and Eco coils, Eco links to drum, Down commers and guides, HFO, LFO, Station and its pipings. Reheater, Superheater spray Station and its pipings, sampling lines, soot blowers, wall blowers, temperature probe, LRSB’s Drum safety valves, CRH, RH, EMRV, PRDS safety valves, etc. Ductings, Seal boxes, doors, vibration snubbers, HP drain and Vents, ceiling girders, columns and buckstays.

[b][u]Welding [/u][/b]:-
Inspection of HP joints i.e., MS, HRH, CRH, Critical piping, HP bypass, LP bypass, Strainer to turbine piping joints, Nozzeles, PRDS, soot blowers, wall blowers pipings. RH, SH spray stations and its pipings. HP, LP dosing , Extraction, RH, SH, LTSH, Economiser, Raiser, Saturated links, Eco links, Down Commers, Thermowells, HP and LP drains and vent
Inspection of Structure Welding, Ducting, Columns, Ceiling girders, skin casing, Supports and Guides etc.

[b][u]Commissioning Activities [/u][/b]:
Involved in activities like Hydraulic test, Acid Cleaning, Steam blowing etc. Involved in light up activities of boiler i.e. boiler filling, line up of boiler, ID fan FD fan, mills, PA fan, HFO. LFO lineup. Involved in commissioning of safety valves, soot blowers, wall blowers, LRSB’s, Temperature probes, charging of steam from unit V PRDS to Automizing station and SCAP Commissioning of PRDS, CBD tank, soot blower header, Deaerator, safety valves and EMRV etc.,

Involved in replacement of I'st pass rear water wall tubes at 33 meters elevation. Maintenance of soot blowers, walls blowers, LRSB’s, Temperature probes, Fouress valves (Pneumatic), NRV’s EMRV’s, Feed line block valves, motor operated valves, safety valves, steam traps, dampers. Attending of leaks during shut down of units. Replacement of Asbestos for doors of ducts and boiler.

Involved in all the quality control activities of Boiler Piping & S.G.Piping.Involved in flaring of boiler tubes.
