Handling entire HR generalist function includes recruitment, selection and Induction/Orientation of new Personnel, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee attendance, payroll & salary administration, ESI nos, ESI & PF returns and forms,IF records, preparations & inspections of all related records & registers, exit Process and maintenance of HR Records. [b][u]Responsibities [/u][/b]: [b][u]Recruitment [/u][/b]: - Designed and implemented recruitment strategy on external and internal sourcing from Junior to senior level Employees, Handling complete recruitment cycle i.e. from Manpower Planning till hiring of the suitable candidate. - Involved in selection process, conducting aptitude test, final interviews, salary fitment, Screening, Negotiation on various aspects of role & position offered. [b][u]Induction & Orientation [/u][/b]: - Plan, organize, and conduct induction Programmed, devise the orientation plan for the new joiners. - Complete the joining formalities i.e. Collect the required documents. [b][u]Training & Development [/u][/b]: - Work with managers to Identify, compile and analyze training needs of the Company - Facilitate the training department to prepare training calendar for organize the internal trainings - Training feedback, evaluation and effectiveness check - Maintain training database & records. Attendance, Payroll & Salary Administration- - Maintain the employee attendance in Time Management System & generate the attendance through formatting in ms excel system for the salary process. - To coordinate with the finance & IT department for monthly payroll system, make necessary entries for new joiner`s, separation cases, unpaid leave, salary advances, etc. [b][u]HR Administration [/u][/b]: - Offer release, bank account opening, ID card coordination, sending details to the top management.
