- Digital Tyre Pressure Indicator : The main objective of the project was to display the tyre pressure in the dash board even while the vehicle is moving. The main advantage of this project was that the driver can monitor pressure of tyre which helps to drive the vehicle stable, increase driving comfort & safety, decrease fuel consumption and extending tyre life. A beam type load cell was used to find the pressure of the tyre. The project was undertaken at Sree Chitra Thirunal College of Engineering, Trivandrum, in partial fulfillment of the requirement for the award of the B.TECH Degree

Recruitment :
- Designed and implemented recruitment strategy on external and internal sourcing from Junior to senior level Employees, Handling complete recruitment cycle i.e. from Manpower Planning till hiring of the suitable candidate.
- Involved in selection process, conducting aptitude test, final interviews, salary fitment, Screening, Negotiation on various aspects of role & position offered.
Induction & Orientation :
