Job Description:
o In the present role I report to Head- L&G and work in a team of four employees. 
o My role requires coordinating with HR representatives for SBUs at HO (4), RO (3) & Sites (about 11). 
o My role requires, partnering with Line/Operations and Support functions and interface with about 60 Sites, along with working in synergy with my L&G team for executing the L& G Plan.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Induct fresh talent from reputed business and engineering schools (about 290 trainees) to build the talent pipeline.
- On- boarding & Orientation of Freshers into the organization.
