KEY DELIVERABLES
 Operations Management; Conceptualising and effectuating innovative and effective plans/ policies for enhancing operations and meeting organizational objectives. Overseeing financial management and monitoring allocated funds, as well as planning, budgeting & implementation of production/despatch programs. Undertaking evaluation and composition of various power systems/pumping formulae and applying the same at various mining projects.
 Production Planning/ Control; Leading production and attaining the monthly production requirements by planning, assigning targets and tracking progress against targets by analysing daily reports. Overseeing plant operations encompassing plant engineering, R&M and utility budgeting and other allied functions for accomplishment of overall business targets.
 Maintenance/ Troubleshooting; Planning & execution of annual shutdown maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical equipments, spares & consumable management & improvement in productivity by reducing breakdowns. Monitoring schedules to start maintenance activities and achieve targets, implementing maintenance systems. Organizing TPM, Preventive, Periodic Maintenance schedules.
 Process Improvements;Appraising prevalent production systems/ processes, identifying loopholes if any and undertaking result-oriented measures for alleviating them. Undertaking BPR initiatives, technological up gradation, automation & reconditioning of machine tools & manufacturing process to improve efficiency by reduction in cycle time. Initiating & implementing systems, processes/ procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of production operations & enhance operational efficiency.
 Sourcing / Vendor Management: Following up on Production status at Vendor locations; monitor processes, identify deviations and implement corrective action. Monitoring quality control of finished products before dispatch to ensure minimum to nil faults. Functioning as an interface between the Buyer and Vendors to ensure that the production schedule is met and facilitate on time seamless delivery of shipments.

- Push Pull type Pickling line with edge trimmer connected to Acid Regeneration Plant
- 4-Hi Reversible Mill with capability of rolling of 0.23 mm thick minimum.
- Rolling of Mild Steel & Carbon Steel.
- Cage pickling, semi continuous pickling line, 4-Hi reversible Cold Rolling Mill Pit.
- Oil fired bright annealing furnace & Pull though type slitting m/c producing 600 mm x 3000 Kgs coil wt. upto a guage 0.42 mm thick.
- Manufacturing High carbon strip & Tempered strips.

SPECIAL ACHIEVEMENTS
- Distinction of modifying squeeze roll drives by incorporating propeller shaft, which increased the life of Hydro motor.
- Successful in achieving increased production target by adding one acid tank in line & another uncoiler.
- Played a key role in solving the Water carry over problem by introducing one extra hot air dryer.
