  [b][u]Experiance [/u][/b]: The candidate should have worked in scale IV or above in any commercial Bank or with large & reputed financial institution or Urban Co. – op. Bank. Minimum 15 years’ experience out of which 5 years’ experience of working in HR department in a managerial cadre is essential. The function of HR department includes industrial Relations, Staff welfare training & dealing with staff union.
 [b][u]Remark [/u][/b]: The selected persons will be in charge of the HR department at Rajkot. The appointment will be made on contractual basis with a consolidated fix salary depending upon qualification and experience. Knowledge of Modern Banking System and IT is essential.
