Qualification : Any Graduate

Post : Assistant General Manager- HR & IR(HR)
Location : Rajkot

Age Limit : 50 years (can be relaxed in case of suitable candidate)
Qualification : First class graduate MBA with specialization in HR or Master of Labour Welfare preferred (Can be relaxed in case of candidate having more than 15 years’ experience in scheduled Bank)
Experiance : The candidate should have worked in scale IV or above in any commercial Bank or with large & reputed financial institution or Urban Co. – op. Bank. Minimum 15 years’ experience out of which 5 years’ experience of working in HR department in a managerial cadre is essential. The function of HR department includes industrial Relations, Staff welfare training & dealing with staff union.
Remark : The selected persons will be in charge of the HR department at Rajkot. The appointment will be made on contractual basis with a consolidated fix salary depending upon qualification and experience. Knowledge of Modern Banking System and IT is essential.
