[U][B]Research Assistant Recruitment[/B][/U] :
Development Monitoring and Evaluation Office, NITI Aayog is looking to engage the services of 7 Research Assistants in NITI Aayog. The positions are to be filled on contract basis for a period of two years (extendable). Detail of the positions and terms & conditions for the engagement, eligibility, experience, etc. are as under:-
 [B][U]Name of post [/U][/B]: Research Assistants
 [B][U]Number of posts [/U][/B]: 7 (Seven)
 [B][U]Method of recruitment [/U][/B]: Short-term Contract
 [B][U]Period of Contract [/U][/B]: 2 years (extendable) or till the period the post is filled up on regular basis, whichever is earlier.
[B][U]Essential Educational Qualification [/U][/B]:
1. Master’s Degree in any discipline; or
2. Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized University or Part “A” and “B” of Associate Member of Institute of Engineering (AMIE); or
3. Post Graduate Diploma in Management (2 years)
[B][U]Desirable Education Qualification [/U][/B]:
1. Doctorate in any discipline; or
2. Master’s degree in engineering
[B][U]Experience[/U][/B]: Minimum 4 years’ or more post-qualification experience (candidates having Ph.D, a period of 2 years out of 3 years’ regular Ph.D course will be counted as a period of working experience provided no work experience is counted during those 3 years). Experience in programme monitoring/evaluation or Project Appraisal or programme/policy research would be an added advantage.
[B][U]Age limit [/U][/B]: 28-40 years (as on the closing date of advertisement)
[B][U]Remuneration (per month) [/U][/B]: Consolidated remuneration ranging from Rs.1.00 lakh – Rs. 1.25 lakh

The other terms and conditions of engagement of Research Assistants will be as per sub-para 3(i), 3(iii), 3(xi), 3(xiii), 3(xiv), 3(xviii) 3(xix), 3(xx) and 3(xxi) of NITI Aayog order No.A-12013/08/2013-Adm.I(Vol.II) dated 17.08.2016 available on the websites of niti.gov.in.

DMEO, NITI Aayog has the right to terminate the contract at any time, without assigning any reason.
