[B][U]Attendance Leave Management System (ALMS) [/U][/B]:
 [B][U]Process [/U][/B]:
** District Education officer has to setup a call Center.The Call Center should have dedicated LandLine with atleast one manpower who will work as an Incharge.
** Block Resource Center should also has to setup a Call Center.The Call Center should also have dedicated Landline with atleast one manpower who will work as an Incharge.
** Attendance reporting can be done by DEO Call Center,BRC Call Center, Sankul, or Employee himself/Herself.
** The Employee has to report for Leave by sending SMS, or by Calling at concern Call Center.
** After Employee leave reporting, the leave needs to locked by 11 :00AM, failing to the timeline.The System will not allow to lock it.
** The Leave Locking can be done by Sankul, BRC or DEO Level with their existing Education Portal Credentials.
** After 11 :00AM, Various Types of Reports can be generated for monitoring purpose.
** Random Report of 50 Employee can also be generated for Inspection purpose.

 Generate Various reports after 11 :00AM and can perform random inspection and take apropiate action for false reporting.

** DEO has to communicate and order the concern Sankul to follow the process.
** DEO has to setup a call Center.
** Register Call Center No in ALMS.
** Ensure that Call Center is working properly and leave reporting is happening properly.
** Check for Reports and monitor the Schools and Employee.

[B][U]BRC(Block Resource Center) [/U][/B]:
** BRC has to communicate and order the concern Sankul to follow the process.
** DEO has to setup a call Center.
** Register Call Center No in ALMS.
** Ensure that Call Center is working properly and leave reporting is happening properly.
** Check for Reports and monitor the Schools and Employee.

** Each Employee has to report its leave detail by Calling to Call Center or by SMS.
** For applying leave through SMS.Employee has send EDUPORT LAS EMPLOYEE_UNIQUE_CODE CL for one day CL.
** Send EDUPORT LAS EMPLOYEE_UNIQUE_CODE CL for one day ML.
** Send EDUPORT LAS EMPLOYEE_UNIQUE_CODE EL for one day EL.

** Sankul can apply leave of their Employee by login through their Education Portal Credentials.
