** To ensure inspection of components, raw material and testing of finished goods is carried out as per Quality plan & inspection standards.
** To coordinate with purchase and marketing in handling customer complaints & resolving the same through 8D report.
** To ensure review & implementation of continual improvement activities.
** Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished products.
** To take corrective action & preventive action on the reported non-confirming products for over- all reduction in rejection. 
** Attending daily CIP meeting during that discussion on diff. topics which comes under BOSCH agenda.
** Updating diff. quality related document such as IFC report, Quality deviation sheet, QI notification sheet, Daily rejection review, analysis & action sheet, ‘0’km customer complaint calendar.
** Make Critical Examination Reports [CER] for all New Developments.
** Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as Kaizen, 5S, lean methods, etc.
