[b][u]Job Detail [/u][/b]:-
Heat Exchanger Specialist is the one of the leading fabrication company that provide engineering design & fabrication of heat exchangers, heat transfer equipment, pressure vessel as well as process piping and process skid system packages.Provide thermal design by HTRI, Mechanical design by PVElite to ASME VIII DIV 1 & 2, API660, API650 and TEMA Code.
[b][u]Responsibilities  [/u][/b]:
** Preparation of the QCP, Weld Plan and NDT Plan as per client Specifications & as per code requirements. Preparation and Reviewing of WPS, PQR & WPQ based on approved drawing and code / Specification requirements
** To verify the conformity of the material against purchase order, drawings, code & specification requirements and maintain inspection status of materials during the inspection.
** To review the material test certificates (MTC) for all chemicals & mechanical properties, heat treatment requirements, non-destructive examination, NACE, percentage of carbon and carbon equivalent applicable to client specification and material code.
** Check material traceability inspection by confirming heat numbers of each piece and fittings as noted on Material Traceability Record (MTR).
** To liaison with client/ third party inspector for material inspection before release to production.
** Responsible for checking materials to be used in the fabrication shop.
** Responsible to counter check drawing / designed plans before fabrication.
** Responsible to review and confirm as-built drawings for all fabricated pipes and tanks, and submit as-built to engineering for documentation.
** To verify materials during fit-up and the respective material certificates against drawing/specification requirements
** Responsible for actual measurement of all fabricated piping spool, Pressure Vessel and Heat Exchanger that includes orientation of nozzles and openings .
** To maintain inspection and test status (Job No, Item No, Fit-up Date, WPS No, NDE status, Hydro test, Painting etc.) through all stages of fabrication.
** To monitor if the correct welding consumables & qualified welders/operators are being utilized in line with the requirements of WPS/Drawing.
** To maintain the daily welding and material record sheet.
** To check the material element concentration (PMI Test.)
** To verify that all the Measuring, Inspection and Testing equipment are in a valid state of calibration prior to use. 
** Conduct stage wise inspection as per approved QCP.
** Spot checking during production welding activities and re-qualifying welders when the welder wasn’t given the satisfied weld.
** Responsible to review all approved Vessel, Heat Exchanger test packages being completed from hydro and pneumatic testing and verify associated documentation in accordance to project standard and specification.

[b][u]RESPONSIBILITIES HELD [/u][/b]:
** Review of Piping Drawing
** Inspection of material traceability.
** Responsible for Quality Control inspection of all pipes, fittings, joints.
** Surveillance inspection during welding includes welding parameter, inter pass temperature, weaving of electrode, backing and holding ovens, control of electrode/filler wire according to WPS
** Verify and ensure that all fillet welds are free from visual defects as per the project specification
** Monitor and maintain control records for welding consumable, welder performance record and repair rates of each welder in accordance with job quality and code requirements.
** Ensure the Traceability of all the material used, Weld No, Welder No and Consumable etc. as per the procedures.
** Identifying the NDE and Heat Treatment requirement on welding
** Material identification with the help of P.M.I analyzer M/c, welder qualification and verification of WPS & PQR as per ASME Sec IX.
** Review and maintain the inspection reports & NDT Reports.
** To ensure that only calibrated equipment/instrument were used in the project and proper calibration records are maintained
** Providing technical support to the production team.
** Coordinating with third parties related to all inspection activities and document verification.
** Maintain of Quality Records like Check List, Inspection Plans for critical components Corrective and Preventive Actions.
** Monitoring whether the processes and systems are going on as per Customer Quality Plan (CQP), Work Instruction, Standard Quality Plan (SQP), Inspections Test Plan (ITP), Quality Procedure and Process Control (QPCP).
** Review and approve the changes (Design Change Request-DCR) engineering drawing/specifications to assure continued compliance with customer requirements.
** Receiving site feedback from the customer and find the causes for deviation and give troubleshoot to avoid repeated failure in the future
