Heat Exchanger Specialist is the one of the leading fabrication company that provide engineering design & fabrication of heat exchangers, heat transfer equipment, pressure vessel as well as process piping and process skid system packages.Provide thermal design by HTRI, Mechanical design by PVElite to ASME VIII DIV 1 & 2, API660, API650 and TEMA Code.
Responsibilities :
** Preparation of the QCP, Weld Plan and NDT Plan as per client Specifications & as per code requirements. Preparation and Reviewing of WPS, PQR & WPQ based on approved drawing and code / Specification requirements
** To verify the conformity of the material against purchase order, drawings, code & specification requirements and maintain inspection status of materials during the inspection.
** To review the material test certificates (MTC) for all chemicals & mechanical properties, heat treatment requirements, non-destructive examination, NACE, percentage of carbon and carbon equivalent applicable to client specification and material code.
** Check material traceability inspection by confirming heat numbers of each piece and fittings as noted on Material Traceability Record (MTR).
** To liaison with client/ third party inspector for material inspection before release to production.
** Responsible for checking materials to be used in the fabrication shop.
