[B][U]Recruitment and Selection in Supama Realtors is a 4 step process[/U][/B]:

[B][U]Step 1[/U][/B]: Screening of Applicants
** Initially, the CVs and applications received from various sources are screened.
** The applicants whose profile matches the current requirements are shortlisted.

[B][U]Step 2[/U][/B]: Assessment of Candidates
** The shortlisted applicants are called for an initial round of assessment.
** Here, the functional expertise, attitude, communication skills and various other competencies are evaluated by the HR Department.

[B][U]Step 3[/U][/B]: Final Interview
** The candidates who are found to be competent are called for a final round of interview.
** The Functional Head evaluates the candidates on various parameters including experience and decides the remuneration.

[B][U]Step 4[/U][/B]: Issuing of Offer Letter
** The selected candidates are issued an offer letter and specified the date of joining.
