Recruitment and Selection in Supama Realtors is a 4 step process:

Step 1: Screening of Applicants
** Initially, the CVs and applications received from various sources are screened.
** The applicants whose profile matches the current requirements are shortlisted.

Step 2: Assessment of Candidates
** The shortlisted applicants are called for an initial round of assessment.
** Here, the functional expertise, attitude, communication skills and various other competencies are evaluated by the HR Department.

Step 3: Final Interview
** The candidates who are found to be competent are called for a final round of interview.
** The Functional Head evaluates the candidates on various parameters including experience and decides the remuneration.

Step 4: Issuing of Offer Letter
** The selected candidates are issued an offer letter and specified the date of joining.
