The Main objective of this project is to substitute New Magnesium Alloy AM-SC1 with Aluminum alloy as an Engine Block Material through Heat Transfer Analysis. For this I created geometric CAD model of Engine Block Using CATIA V5 R19 and it is imported to Hypermesh for Meshing the model and Analysis is carried out using ANSYS solver to see which material will give better heat dissipation.
