 [B][U]Qualifications & Experience[/U][/B]: 2nd class graduate with at least 50% marks in aggregate; and MBA or 2 years PGDBM regular course with specialization in sales/marketing/International business from an Institute of repute; and at least 12 years of post qualification experience in the field of marketing/ exports/ finance, as required, out of which at least 10 years' experience in managerial cadre; and knowledge of working in computerized environment is essential. Preference would be given for experience in the field of Handloom/ handicraft and international business.

[B][U]Experience[/U][/B]: At least 12 years of experience out of which 8 years should be in a senior position in Govt/MNC or a commercial organization of repute.

At least 7 years of post qualification experience, out of which at least 4 years experience as Company Secretary in a reputed organization should be there. Knowledge of working in computerized environment is essential.
