Qualifications & Experience: 2nd class graduate with at least 50% marks in aggregate; and MBA or 2 years PGDBM regular course with specialization in sales/marketing/International business from an Institute of repute; and at least 12 years of post qualification experience in the field of marketing/ exports/ finance, as required, out of which at least 10 years' experience in managerial cadre; and knowledge of working in computerized environment is essential. Preference would be given for experience in the field of Handloom/ handicraft and international business.

Qualifications & Experience:Essential Qualifications: CS/CWA/CA/MBA (Finance). Officers serving in audit & Accounts Services may also be considered.

Experience: At least 12 years of experience out of which 8 years should be in a senior position in Govt/MNC or a commercial organization of repute.

3.Name of the post : Company Secretary cum Manager (Finance)

Qualifications & Experience: Degree from the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India, with Diploma from the Institute of Chartered Accountants or Institute of Cost & Works Accountants. Knowledge of working in computerized environment is essential.
Desirable: Experience in Administration of Company Law/ Taxation/ Internal Audit.
