** 0-5 Years Experience
** Post Graduate/Graduate/UG with Excellent communication skills in English - written and verbal.
** Must have excellent listening skills & Interpersonal Skills.
** Willing to work in Night Shift
** Passionate and committed to "perform" high quality work.
[B][U]CTC (P.A) [/U][/B]: 2.21 L (P.A) for fresher and for experience till 43 months- 3.1 L (P.A).

[B][U]Role [/U][/B]: Handle Technical Support issues over Phone
[B][U]Shift Type[/U][/B]: Rotational ( 9 hours – 5 day work week / 6 day training)

** Should possess effective verbal communication skills
** Fluent with good thought processing
** Typing Speed - Atleast 25 wpm
** Should have command on internet concepts, networking concepts, Operating System concepts in XP, Vista, 7 and Mac, Computer basics, Wireless Communication
** Excellent interpersonal, intrapersonal skills, team player, open to learning, listening skills
[B][U]Desired Profile [/U][/B]: Min 12 to 30 Months relevant work experience
[B][U]CTC [/U][/B]: 1.4 LPA to 2.4 LPA Fixed + Variables 0 to 2000 INR per month
