Location: Hyderabad
Job Responsibilities:
** To handle customer queries efficiently and resolving all issues in first instance
** To meet the customers' needs and provide customer satisfaction.
** Wherever required up-sell the appropriate product to all customers at the most profitable rate that can be achieved.
** To meet the customers' needs in order to provide satisfaction.
** To meet business targets for both quantity and quality
Desired Candidate Profile:
** 0-5 Years Experience
** Post Graduate/Graduate/UG with Excellent communication skills in English - written and verbal.
** Must have excellent listening skills & Interpersonal Skills.
** Willing to work in Night Shift
** Passionate and committed to "perform" high quality work.
CTC (P.A) : 2.21 L (P.A) for fresher and for experience till 43 months- 3.1 L (P.A).

Line of Business: Technical Support –Voice
Role : Handle Technical Support issues over Phone
Shift Type: Rotational ( 9 hours – 5 day work week / 6 day training)
Shifts: US timings (Night work hours in IST)
Transport Facility: Provided
Skills Required:
** Should possess effective verbal communication skills
** Fluent with good thought processing
** Typing Speed - Atleast 25 wpm
** Should have command on internet concepts, networking concepts, Operating System concepts in XP, Vista, 7 and Mac, Computer basics, Wireless Communication
** Excellent interpersonal, intrapersonal skills, team player, open to learning, listening skills
Desired Profile : Min 12 to 30 Months relevant work experience
CTC : 1.4 LPA to 2.4 LPA Fixed + Variables 0 to 2000 INR per month

Line of Business : Technical Support – Non Voice
Role: Handle Technical Support Issues for customers through Live Chat and/or Email
Shift Type: Rotational ( 9 hours – 5 day work week / 6 day training)
Shifts: US timings (Night work hours in IST)
Transport: Provided
Skills Required:
** Should possess effective written communication skills and comprehension skills
** Should have command on internet concepts, networking concepts, Operating System concepts in XP, Vista, 7 and Mac, Computer basics, Wireless Communication
** Excellent Typing Speed - Atleast 30 wpm
** Excellent interpersonal, interpersonal skills, team player, open to learning
Desired Profile: Min 12 to 36 Months relevant work experience
CTC : 1.2 LPA to 1.74 LPA Fixed + Variables 0 to 2000 INR per month
