Utilising Newspaper Advertisement, recruitment consultants looking after their agreements & payments, Employee referral schemes, Institutional Tie ups, Campus recruitments. Post selection deciding Grade & salary, Salary negotiations, securing the candidate by giving Offer letter. [b][u][b][u]2. Training & Development [/u][/b] [/u][/b]: Identification of training need. Identification of Skills & competencies of the current Employees, Planning Training Calendar. Liaison with the training institutions and vendors. Communicate and coordinate with the line managers, participants and relevant sources for any training program. Execute the Training programs. Evaluating the effectiveness of training. Record keeping to fulfill TS 16949 requirements. Induction training for new joinees. Evaluation the gap of the individual employees same to be communicate to their HOD’s and fulfill the requirement. Effectiveness norms are reviewed & for continuous improvement . Effectiveness are measured in way of written as well as practical test. To change the attitudes of workmen/staff I have arranged different training programmes i.e OBT Work Culture, Pers. Development, Paradigmship etc. [b][u][b][u]3. Salaries & Wages Administration [/u][/b] [/u][/b]: Working on HR Software. Maintenance & updating the employee records. Master Entries for new recruits, Changes due promotions, transfer, salary/ grade change, family details, Bank loans, Arrears payments, Bank A/c & PAN No. entries. Maintaining Personal files of all employees. Taking care of exit formalities full & final settlement, Issue of Experience, Relieving certificates. Dealing with all different services contractors i.e Canteen, Security, Housekeeping, Casual Labour etc. Clearance of monthly contractor bills as per their agreements. Manpower Planning , Updating of Leave Records, etc., Daily monitoring of Absenteeism & Accident data. [b][u][b][u]4. Office Birthday Cards, Get together, Picnics, Diwali, New Year Parties, Dassera Pooja, Ganapati Festival Annual Day celebration, Rangoli Competition, Chess, Cricket, Carrom competitions. Preparation of Goal Matrix of all individual employees & to keep tract on weekly feedback accordingly updating the master and same to be communicated to the Plant Manager. Monthly Insurance details to Insurance office etc. 8. Employee Satisfaction Survey, Employee Awareness Survey, MIS reports, HR Report, MRM Reports, Employee relationship and handling Grievances, Organizing for employee welfare activities.
