Vernier caliper, Digital micrometer, CMM m/c, Profile projector, Roughness tester, Height gauge, slip gauge, Filler gauge. Plug Gauge,three point micrometer, Thread Gauge, Bore gauge, Bevel protector, Trimos, Surface Plate etc.
- Initiating corrective and preventive actions at Supplier end and verification of the same.
- Maintaining Inspection Records and ISO Working Procedures like KAIZEN.
- Conducting Part and process audit at Suppliers end. Working on SAP related activities, Preparing & Attaching Quality Plans in SAP.
- Training to Employees on Quality Managements Systems.
- Improving and maintaining quality of products by making use of various techniques like Kaizan, Pokayoke, 5S
