**    The core responsibility is to handle all the new requirements of the bank and work with business to create a vision for the organization

[B][U]Job Descirption[/U][/B]:
  **   Responsible for conducting audit of Treasury function including Forex (front, middle and back office) of the Bank, including developing audit check list, report issuance and on-going monitoring process.
 **    Also responsible for developing audit check list, report issuance and ongoing monitoring process.
  **   Quality of Audit reports and findings i.e. minimal editing.
 **    Timely issuance of Audit reports.
 **    Quality and effectiveness of establishment of on-going monitoring process.
[B][U]Desired Profile[/U][/B]:
 **    Sound knowledge of both Treasury operations (including Forex) and middle office in a Banking environment.
**     Knowledge of Treasury front office would an advantage.
**     Knowledge of regulatory requirement.
**     Good written and oral communication skills.
 **    Knowledge of Indian market practices.
  **   Has a positive attitude and go-getter.
  **   Is a self-starter.

[B][U]Experience[/U][/B]:    2 years’ experience as Treasury Auditor, auditing both Foreign exchange and money market operations, at a senior position in Banking Industry, with an overall Banking experience of 5/6 years.

    ** This role has a P/L objective
    ** Working with Commercial Banking/Corporate & Inst. Banking teams in western India to accelerate Trade Finance sales to clients; identify and developed New-to-Bank clients segments.
   **  Trade Finance product development – looking at improvements in how we package, market and service trade business; looking at structured trade products that enable the bank to manage risk-return better, deliver superior features to clients etc.
    ** Working with FIG team to expand correspondent bank lines for RBL; building and leveraging relationships with multilaterals etc. for trade credit lines.
    ** Working with Trade Finance Operations to improve processes, deploy technology for greater efficiency and customer connect.
[B][U]Educational Qualification[/U][/B]:
    PG - CA, MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, Finance.
    UG - B.Com (Commerce).
[B][U]Experience[/U][/B]:    8 to 10 years Banking, Financial Services.
