- Control and co-ordinate resources to project effectively. 
- Review Work progress and quality periodically.
- Coordination with client and contractors.
- Involve in solving community issues with valuers, agents and subcontractors
- Supervising Bush clearing. Daily site mobilization. 
- Supervising Soil test DCPT and SPT, Creation of access road.
- I work effectively with engineers on construction site to interpret Tower Designs

- Monitor performance and take corrective action where necessary.
