Responsibilities :
** Meet assigned volume targets within cost budgets. Ensure retail proliferation of spares as per strategy.
** Identify new retailers in the area to increase spares proliferation.
** Ensure distribution of SPO kits / HCV kits at all dealers, distributors and retailers.
** Train distributors and dealer personnel on spares up-gradation and interchangeability.
** Monitor ongoing operations of Distributors to ensure delivery of results and adherence to norms.
** Organize spare awareness camps, private mechanic training along with service, send mailers and promotional materials to customers for Distributors.
** Deploy promotion schemes at the distributor, monitor utilization and track spending and reimbursements.
** Forecast requirement of spares in the region (for retail sales) and align supplies from the HQ.
** Track spurious spares in the market and share information with the HQ for legal action.
