RECEIVING 1. Responsible for in-warding the materials after having ensured correct supporting documents. 2. Ensure proper unloading of materials in stillages, Pallets or locations 3. Ensure copy of Receiver / Inter Location Transfer is prepared and forwarded to Inward Quality Function. 4. Move accepted materials to concerned stores area and rejected materials to rejected area 5.Monitoring and supervisory for Dispatch and Transportation of goods execution of orders India & Abroad and having coordination with marketing team. 6.Management including Stock Count& Inventory. Ensure shop rejection accompanies scrap note. 4. File intimation with Excise Cell before despatching rejected materials to the vendors where MODVAT is involved 5. Responsible for arranging Despatch of rejected materials to vendors as advised by Logistics / Purchase through SAP C. GENERAL STORES (RAW MATERIAL ) 1. Responsible to receive accepted materials and verify the description and quantity. 2. Responsible for executing Inventory check as per instruction of Stores In charge. 3. Declare Non/ Slow Moving /Obsolete / Surplus items to all concerned at the time of Physical Inventory. 4. Maintain Store stock of all items in the system. 5. Ensure all the Bins / Pallets / Racks having materials are labeled / tagged with part number and description of the material. 6.Pallet Labeling of the inspected goods and placement of the same on the floor with location . Pick up of the goods from the stock as per the planning for inspection for dispatch. Ensure Labeling and dispatch as per the instructions.
