[B]CSAV [/B]: It is engaged in Shipping Industry, having approx 241 vessels (94 Own vessels) operating through out the World in collaboration with CMA CGM, P & O, ZIM, MOL, NYK Line & MSC Line. [B]i] Operational Efficiency[/B] - Managing a team indulge in two different processes for the Region U.S, Canada and Puerto Rico, ensuring timely delivery and meeting SLA parameters (Quality, productivity, log in hours etc) and targets. [B]ii] Production Planning (Operations/Resource Planning)[/B] - To co-ordinate between the team and the Regional Office/Agency in U.S and Canada. - Strategy for daily / weekly production planning including Manning / FTE deficit / surplus - Manage resource – utilization to meet daily/weekly/monthly/annual production targets. - Analyse volume trends and synchronize with resource requirement. [B]The Key Result Areas (US Reg – Import Docs)[/B] - To ensure that all Import BLs should be manifested with US customs 24 hr prior loading in AMS - Contacting Port of Loading Agents in case of any hold/mismatch put by US Customs on any BL and explaining them the reason for hold and instruct them not to load cargo. - Coordinating with all Vessel Planners, to get information about various vessels and maintaining the master vessel schedule. - Sending Cargo Manifest/Wharfage Reports to various terminals in US and Canada. - Processing Freight Correction Note in AMS - Following up with POL Agents for the departure date and time after the vessel sails from port and submitting the information in AMS. - Reconciling all vessel after it departs from last Port of Load. - Co-ordinating with US Customs in order to get any hold removed. - Informing POL Agent about the 2Z mismatch i.e. the mismatch information between Master Bill of Lading and House Bill of Lading or missing House BLs in US Customs. [B]The Key Result Areas (CRM) Customer relationship management[/B] - Provide the rate quotation list to customer. - Customer Interaction using the best possible and satisfaction way and provide them the best service in lower rates. - We gave the cheap rate to customer as per their request which we received on mail and revert reply back to customer with best rate quotation. - To in sure that customer is getting best service of our company and it become our priority we gave them the best rates - We provide A ship measurement along with the space and volume is available. - What quantity can be exist in a ship while load the cargo. [B]The Key Result Areas (BL Production)[/B] - Ensuring that all the BL’s are produced as per masters received from the Customers, complying all parameters of the Line and different Customs regulations. - To ensure proper distribution of work load amongst all the staff involved(DEO & QAG) - To ensure that a proper Proof reading of each BL is done in accordance to the master/booking to avoid any kind of discrepancies that could lead to Custom penalties. - Ensuring proper back ups (Proof copies) are taken and stored in the shared folders. - Looking after the BL Production Generic Email ID. - Taking care of Escalations to RONA of Export Documentation. - Putting Surcharges on Bill of Lading as per the service contracts between customer and Line. [B]The Key Result Areas (Rating)[/B] - Verifying the BLs produced by BL production team that it is prepared in accordance with Customs regulations. - Verifying the Service Contracts applied by BL Production team. - Putting surcharges on the BLs produced as per the Service Contract applied. - Coordinating with Pricing for any Rate discrepancy. [B]The Key Result Areas (Arrival Notice)[/B] - To ensure that Latest Arrival Notices are sent to all correct Notifiers 5 days prior to vessel Arrival at the port. - Extract the Master Vessel Report from Voyage Control System/Coastal Schedule. - Update the Revised ETA's of the vessel in Report. - Taking Import Collection & Release Status Report. - Looking After the Import Arrival Notice Generic Email ID. - Working on the Volume Report of Arrival Notice. - Working on Average Lead time Vs Releasing of Arrival Notice Report (KPI).
