a) Attending Legal Case of U/s 138 NIA (cheque bouncing), Consumer against cases, Arbitration, Execution matters and Civil Recovery suit.
b) Drafting work of Criminal Complaints, FIR, Suits, Consumer written statements, Lease Agreement, MOU
c) Lessoning with Police Officers and other concerned authorities in FIR matters, Fraud, Theft and some other matters.
d) Preparation of various reports as required by the top management for analysis and timely decision making, maintenance of legal MIS and holding of meetings with the legal officer on regular basis.
e) Engaged in Legal recoveries, Collections in some critical matters and through legal cases of 138, Arbitration, execution of awards in Coordination with court personnel and Police Officers.
f) Coordination and making arrangement the entire legal process including service of summons, executions of bailable & non bailable warrants of the accused, execution of warrant of attachment through the help of Police, process servers and bailiff
g) Branch visit of North Region Regarding all legal matters
h) Updating myself of the legal environment and the recent judgments given by the courts from time to time.
i) Giving legal opinion to the branches for various problems faced from time to time.
j) Strengthening Legal department of the company by way of highlighting the valuable addition and achievements of the legal department and their importance in the organization.

- ON DATED 01-MAR-2003 TO 01-DEC-2006 I did my practice as an Advocate in the different courts of Delhi like Patiala House, Tis Hazari Court, Kadkaduma Court, Rohini Court, High Court, and different Consumer Forums of Delhi. I have worked with KUMAR LAW FIRM, BHALA LAW FIRM and ANALYSIS LAW FIRM having its office in Delhi.
- ON DATED 11-DEC-2006 TO 30-FEB-2010 as a Legal Officer and as a Retainer Advocate in SHRIRAM TRANSPORT FINANCE COMPANY LTD having its head office at Chennai and administrative office at Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. The Company is a NBFC. The Company is engaged in the business of financing and leasing among its other business..
