Job Description
Female candidates only - Will be responsible for drafting & sending IPR Violations Notices on Internet and as well as in hard copy form / e-mails

Coordination between TACT India and Company’s dedicated Law Firm.

Responsible for all Legal matters of TACT India (Internal / External), Contracts, Employee Agreements, NDA’s etc…

Custodian / Handle Client documentation in the term of Power of Attorney which are issued by clients, trademark and Copyrights etc…

Research and advice on legal matters

Should be available for long term i.e. able to commit 3 years of engagement.

Available for immediate engagement

Desired Candidate Profile
3 – 5 years of experience based initially in Delhi and then Gurgaon.

Law Graduate from Delhi University or five years law course from a Reputed Institution.

Convent Educated / Public School

Should have some knowledge of IPR issues, criminal Law & Contracts.
