Engineering Store, Packing material store, Mold store etc. Handling of inventory over 120 lacks and over 6000 SKU. Reported by two A.M. and 3 Sr. Executive, 6 Jr. Staff and 14 Workmen.
- Worked out aging of inventory and stated Monthly MIS to corporate office for inventory ageing. 
- Finalised list of Insurance (Very Critical) spares, ROL item and Started MIS from stores resulted in reduction in breakdown hors due to non availability of spares.
- By increasing Capacity of Truck tippler Saved Rs 9.0 lacks p.a. being paid for manual unloading of material
- Saved Rs 3.0 p.a by out sourcing the activity of cullet sorting.
