Title “Hydraulic Braking System in Automobiles”
 
Description
 
Design and Fabrication of Simple Hydraulic Braking System in Automobiles using hydraulic cylinder and specified hydraulic brake fluid. In order to improve our knowledge in the field of automobiles, we chose this topic and displayed the simple hydraulic brake model which we gone through in our 6th semester in the subject of Automobile engineering.
B.E. PROJECT – Main Project
Title “Design and Modification of PigTail Welding (PTW) Machine”
 
Description
 
The project is carried out at Lucas TVS, Puducherry and the redesigning and modifying of present PTW machine is necessary because of its aged out condition, reduced production rate, frequent operational breakdown and improper wastage collection from the machine. So we take up the responsibility of introducing a new modified design idea by overcoming the present drawbacks. We proposed the new design of PTW machine by working out in three important departments of machine design.
