Research Details [/b]: [b]Title [/b]: Preservation of chottanagpuri Ram Semen using different dilutors at refrigerator temperature On the basis of the findings obtained during the present study it is concluded that all the physical attributes of Chottanagpuri rams where within the normal range as reported earlier by other workers in the case of chottanagpuri breed of rams. It is further concluded that TCFY (Tris - Citric acid Fructose Yolk) was the most suitable and efficient dilutor for preservation of ram Semen at 5 ± 1șC in respect of motility, viability and morphology of sperm. Nevertheless, EYCG (Egg Yolk Citrate Glucose) dilutor may also be used alternatively as an extender to preserve ram semen at refrigerator temperature.
