Job Description:
Position Summary:
-Assistant Manager ( Marketing ) is an entry level managerial position reporting to the Manager ( Marketing ) and will be based at the Corporate Office
Major Responsibilities:
1) Formulate and execute Sales and Marketing plans to increase the sales of AI Services
2) Sales Administration, compiling sales / outstanding data / generating reports, sales analysis and making power point presentations
3) Receive expenses claims, process and arrange reimbursements
4) Monitor the sales data entry in regional offices and submitting regional reports in time
5) Receive the Rolling Sales Plans from the regions, prepare indents and arrange supplies thro’ SCM department
6) Arrange quarterly review meetings and co-ordinate with the RSM’s on all sales and marketing matters
7) Co-ordinate with external customers on sales and marketing issues and about Indiagen activities
8) Monitor the field promotional activities and arrange marketing support
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Minimum 2 to 4 years of field sales experience
2. Must be an MBA in Marketing or atleast 2 years experience in Product Management
3. Preferably from the pharma / Veterinary Pharma industry
4. Good proficiency in MS-Office Suite, MS-Project,
Adobe Photo Shop etc
5. Good command over English and ability to draft

7. Willing to travel at least 10 days in a month

Title : Preservation of chottanagpuri Ram Semen using different dilutors at refrigerator temperature
On the basis of the findings obtained during the present study it is concluded that all the physical attributes of Chottanagpuri rams where within the normal range as reported earlier by other workers in the case of chottanagpuri breed of rams. It is further concluded that TCFY (Tris - Citric acid – Fructose – Yolk) was the most suitable and efficient dilutor for preservation of ram Semen at 5 ± 1ºC in respect of motility, viability and morphology of sperm. Nevertheless, EYCG (Egg Yolk – Citrate – Glucose) dilutor may also be used alternatively as an extender to preserve ram semen at refrigerator temperature.
