** CFD Modeling of process equipment's like Cyclones, ESP, and Calciner etc.
** Collection of data & drawings from plant/ equipment's supplier / projects for CFD modeling.
** Prepare 3D geometry model using effective dimensions from drawings by using workbench software.
** Generate proper quality & size of grids or mesh using Ansys ICEM.

** Responsible for Process measurement, data collection, assessment of equipment using PPE tools, working out solutions / proposals for improvements.
** To improve thermal efficiency of plant, resolve kiln operational problems through Heat and mass balance studies, diagnostic studies.
** Carry out the technical assessment of kiln system by using various PPE tools to identify problem areas and workout remedies.
** Revising of horse shoe geometry & fixing the dimensions Operating coolers to optimized air flow and loadings Cooler fans evaluations (design / operating).

** Carry out refractory performance audits in the thermal processes.
** Evaluate raw materials and fuel characteristics to select appropriate quality refractories &Implementing recommendations to improve the performance of the refractories
** Study the thermal system & grinding units where hot air furnace is installed - analysis of data, failure history & installation procedures
** To Identify and fix the problems & Propose the changes/modifications if any.
** Monitor, support and analyze the performance after recommendations are implemented.
** Evaluate the impact of AFR materials on Refractory performance
** Design, selection, refractory engineering and installation of refractory for existing and new projects
** Keeping abreast with the latest developments in Refractories by discussing with Manufacturers and users
