I have all the required ability to take up this responsibility. I am giving coaching at home from last 12 yrs from 6-10th standard. I have been working (not only in care centre but other fields also on managerial level) for long and I can give my best in this profession. I have several years of experience in managing teams. I have been doing job just after passing my 10+2 to gain experience and thus have got enough experience to take up this responsibility. As regards my qualifications and experiences, I beg to lay down that I am graduate from Delhi University. I have done MBA from Sikkim Manipal University. I am doing PHD from MANAV BHARTI UNIVERSITY HP (MARKETING). I am working with Action India Pvt Ltd as a Branch Head from last MARCH 2009 till date. I have worked with Nokia Care as a Center Manager for five years.I have worked with Samsung Care for 4 years as a Center Manager. I have enough experience in handling sufficient manpower and customers. Reason behind leaving my current organization is just I want to make my career in Academic. Now I am looking for new challenges in this field which will give me new opportunities and help me in growing my ability.
