After a long persuasion of 'TEN' months I received these append below All your commitments from last 10 months prove BASELESS & FALSE.
 
To Mr. Akash first you mind your language and do not excited, you better know that you and your team a great liar, you are already proved in last ten months
 
Therefore, it is understood your whole system is not foolproof and is very poor as you are lingering this case for a long time.
 
Also there is a communication gap in between your system which makes your customer suffer like anything.
 
You both were supposed to send us a hard copy of letter confirming your willingness to do the pending sites or not by 18th instant i.e. yesterday.
 
But on contacting you over phone and SMS your confirmation with regard to above is BASELESS and you and your team are proved to be great liar.
 
As such we are giving this letter to you with the intension to let you have a last chance to strict to your words failing which all of our papers as well as papers from realtors will be passed on to our legal man (Please note this is true) to file suit against STL’s for suitable compensation from our self as well as from the concerned realtors.
