Project Title- ISSUE MANAGEMENT.
Every company needs funds for its business for short term or for long term. To meet short
 term requirements, the company may approach banks .lenders or may even accept fixed deposits from the public.
To meet its long term requirements it can either raise through debt from the banks or through issue of shares to the public in the form of ipo (intial public offer).
Issue of shares to the public by the Indian companies is governed by the disclosure and investor protection guidelines of SEBI (Securities Exchange Board of India), 2000.
When a company issues an ipo, it means it is going public. The issue of an ipo introduces a great degree of transparency in the company’s operations.
Issue management is a process of managing the issue process for a public company, who wants to raise capital for various reasons like 
- further expansion
- disinvest ment
- undertaking of new project etc
