[b]PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE [/b]: - Responsible for providing the support in L1/L2 level depending on the priority of the issues to meet client’s SLA by using the HPSM as Ticket Tracking Tool. - Taking calls from the users, troubleshooting and application assistance (Requests by emails and database). - Be reactive inorder to take the right actions to help the User and responding to requests for additional information with in a shortest period of time. - Creating tickets, analysing the requests, getting approvals from the respective approvers based on the access requests , providing access to the users and finally resolving the tickets. - Escalating the tickets to the L3 level if it is not resolved by L1/L2 support team with in the agreed SLA. - Attending meetings and interacting with clients/users regularly through VOIP or Office Communicator. - Responsible for giving Access to users from EMEA or APJ or NA region for different Applications. - All user access and report access setup issues are provided using sql queries via TOAD tool and with the help of other 3rd party tools like FIDO,ATM etc. - Responsible for creating Data Quality(DQ) reports and also involve in troubleshooting incase of any data delay or any issue from source data provider. - Responsible for various data loads having frequencies like weekly, monthly, quarterly and 1st Business day of each month. - Responsible for Zipping/Unzipping files, transferring files from Remote server to our production server by FTP and removing unused files in memory outage occurs in UNIX environment. - Monitoring the ETL jobs in Production and Test Server through Tidal Enterprise Scheduler and do the recovery for any job failure by using UNIX commands, Informatica Workflow, Tool as Toad, Reflection and Putty.
