Description : HP ProCurve is a Networking Business unit of HP and Mindteck provides first hand support to the application issues, account creation and providing necessary access and managing the operational tools of the client. On the L2 role it involves monitoring the ETL jobs, Data loads, fixing the issues, Zipiing and unzipping files.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE :
- Responsible for providing the support in L1/L2 level depending on the priority of the issues to meet client’s SLA by using the HPSM as Ticket Tracking Tool.
- Taking calls from the users, troubleshooting and application assistance (Requests by emails and database).
- Be reactive inorder to take the right actions to help the User and responding to requests for additional information with in a shortest period of time.
