Current Job Responsibilities at Aurobindo
- Development and validation of accurate and cost-effective bioanalytical methods for the analysis of biological samples using HPLC and LC/MS/MS for drugs and metabolites.
- Analysis of plasma and urine samples for bioavailability studies.
- Routine calibration of HPLC and other equipments in the laboratory as per SOPs. Aware of the procedures for calibration of LC/MS/MS (API 3000).
- Involved as a team member in preparation and implementation of SOPs on laboratory instrumentation.
- Involved as a team member in designing analytical methodologies followed to validate the analytical methods.
JOB SKILLS
- Experience in bioanalytical method development and validation using LC-MS/MS (Sciex API 3000, Waters Micromass Quattro Premier) and HPLC.
- Well versed with regulatory Guidelines on Bioanalytical method validation and regulatory requirements for sample analysis.
- Documentation and handling of analytical data generated during method development, method validation and BA/BE studies.
