Responsibilities: 
DCU (At erection and commissioning phase)
- P & ID marked up for built up of DCS graphics.
- DCS graphics review.
- Checking of cause and effect diagram and ESDs.
- Alarms prioritization of DCU.
- Review of SOP’S and P&ID’S and plant operating manual
- Factory Acceptance Test of Delayed Coker Unit has been done in YOKOGAWA INDIA LIMITED.
1. DCS(close loop, cascade loop, complex loop) logic checkingESD
2. ESD logic checking.
3. HEATER BMS logic checking. 
4. Heat duty controller logic checking.
5. Pass flow balancing logic checking. 
- GA drawings review.
