- Handling of all store activities like making of GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), MIN (Material Issue Note).
- Materials issue to concern department as per requirement.
- Availability for the materials.
- Preparation of RGP+NRGP.
- All above work are done in SAP & Fox Pro system.
- Preparation of Freight voucher as per contract with transporter.
- Identification and Disposal of none moving and Rejected Inventory.
- Making an arrangement of Transport for collection and Dispatches
- Ensuring proper arrangement and storage of material, Housekeeping as per location
- Maintaining/Updating Info-Records for Vendors
- Making Weekly & Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly Stock Statement.
- Getting involved in clearing of vendor’s invoices by passing & forwarding the same to the finance department for payment.
- I have good knowledge about Material Receipt, tagging and stacking as per ISO system wise
- Conducting Physical Stock Checking to maintain minimum variance in the system and reconciliation of stock.
- Taking up Stock inventory.
- Monthly review of shelf life items.
