    2. Incase any rejection is there making Supplier’s intimation Memo and sending Suppliers.
    Issue :
    1. Material issuing to Production departments after receipt of RM Issue Slip / Requisition slip filled by user (Material issue for on FIFO and Lot wise basis).
    2. Preparing Monthly & Daily stock report Raw material through Electronic media.
    3. Preparing Monthly and periodically report through Electronic media.
    Material sending to Suppliers in following cases :
    Returnable,
    Preparing Returnable Gate Pass (In case material replacement & Repairing).
