Graduate recruitment and development is an important part of SRT Network resource and succession planning for the future.
The SRT Network Graduate Engineer Trainee Program (GET) has been structured to enable Graduates to achieve a greater breath and depth of experience through the experience of the GET.On the job experience is the best way to develop and learn. By moving through a number of diverse roles during the program Graduates are exposed to a range of learning opportunities.
 
[B]ABOUT GET[/B]
 The Graduate Engineer Trainee Program (GET) is an integrated rotational program aimed at maximizing development opportunities for graduates engineer, providing exposure and experience in a range of areas. The GET aims to ensure that Graduates across all professional disciplines receive development, extend their competencies and broaden their knowledge of the organization. The program also aims to ensure that your development as a professional in SRT network. They  will be varied, challenging and systematic whist assisting you to determine the course of any future career path. Upon acceptance of employment with SRT Network, Student will be appointed and placed, within one of SRT network current major projects and our client. Such work placements are a good way of building networks within the organization as well as developing new and different skills. Mentors provide our Graduates with career advice, guidance and support. They are an invaluable tool in the learning process as they share their experience and wisdom with the Graduates they mentor.

B.E/B.TECH 2012 passout or final year student

Candidate has to clear 3 rounds to get enrolled for this program.

[B]Stipend[/B]: Get stipend 4,5,6 month RS.5,000/- per/Month
[B]Salary[/B]: Successfully completion of GET get package 1.5 lac to 2.5 lac per year.

[B]HOW TO APPLY[/B]
 The registration form duly filled along with following documents is to be sent by speed post or registered post to Graduate Trainee Division, D-42 sec-2 Noida-201301, SRT Network Services Pvt Ltd, Noida or can be submitted in person at the Reception First Floor, Admn Srt Network Services, D-42, Sec-2 Noida-201301.
(i)  Two passport size photos (one affix on the application form)
(ii)  Photocopy of Identity Card issued by college/Institute
(iii) Sponsorship letter from respective College/Institute
(iv) Registration Fees: Demand Draft of Rs 1,000/-+10.3% Service Tax=Rs.13,90/- for six month training drawn in favour of SRT network Services Pvt Ltd, Noida payable at Delhi.
